Protein is necessary for tissue building and repair, it contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Contains high-quality protein including branched chain amino acids (BCA): Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine. These contribute towards muscle anabolism. Nutriloops contains 1118mg BCA /serve. Many regular supermarket biscuits have no data. It is commonly recommended that a minimum of 0.8mg BCA is beneficial for muscle anabolism in the elderly.
